The Zone Technique is a healing methodology that balances the six zones of the brain: the Glandular Zone, the Elimination Zone, the Nervous Zone, the Digestive Zone, the Muscular Zone, and the Circulatory Zone. These brain centers are named for the areas they control. The signals sent to the corresponding glands, organs, and muscles cannot function optimally if they are imbalanced due to various emotional, chemical, or physical stressors.
The digestive system is everything involved with digestion, from the mouth to the stomach, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas to the colon, intestines, and areas of elimination. The salivary glands, taste buds, and stomach glands are also involved.
An imbalance in the Digestive Zone can result in loss of taste, excess or too little saliva secreted, food allergies, digestive issues such as diarrhea or constipation, excess or too little body weight, and low energy.
