Using Zone Technique to Find the Imbalance | Zone Technique Chiropractor in Woodstock, GA
Hey everybody, Dr. John D’Ambrosio here from The Center for Life Enhancement in Woodstock, Georgia. And I want to talk a little bit about the Zone Technique. And the question that I get asked is how do you know which zone is imbalanced on each visit? And that’s a great question.
What is The Zone Technique?
So zone technique has six zones, the glandular zone, which handles all the glands, the elimination zone, which handles everything that deals with elimination, the nervous zone, entire nervous system, digestive zone, everything involved in digestion, the muscular zone, all the muscles, ligaments, and bones, and the circulatory zone, anything that deals with circulation, whether it’s blood, limb, or cerebral spinal fluid. So every time you come into the office, I check you specifically to see which zone is imbalanced, because some people will come in, and they’ll be the same zone for quite a few visits before they switch. Other times, there’ll be a different zone every time, it really doesn’t matter, that’s not an indication to me, as to what’s going on or not going on. The indicates to me is that that zone is imbalanced, that part of your brain is imbalanced at this point, we’re going to balance it allowed the proper healing energy to go from your brain now to the rest of your body. And that allows you to be healthy.
How We Check for Imbalances in Zone Technique
So to check the zones, I’m actually checking six specific points on your head. So you’re lying face down on the table, and I am pressing into six specific points, one or more of those points is going to be tender or feel different. And you’re going to know we’re going to narrow it down to which one is the most different or the most tender, I’m going to balance the zones. And then I’m going to recheck those areas. And when I recheck those areas, I expect them to feel perfect, you’re not going to feel any pain, you’re not going to feel any difference, everything is going to feel exactly the same. And that’s how I know I have balanced the zones. And you know, the zones are balanced as well. And people get up like, wow, that was so tender before and you really dug in that second time. That’s amazing. I don’t understand that. But wow, I really noticed that difference. So you know, and I know that that zone has been balanced, and that’s what matters.
So again, this is Dr. John D’Ambrosio from The Center for Life Enhancement right here in Woodstock, Georgia explaining to you on how we determine which zone is imbalanced. I hope that helped!
