Hey everybody, Dr. John D’Ambrosio here from The Center for Life Enhancement, and today I want to talk to you about Zone Technique, but in particular, the Elimination Zone.
The Six Zones
Quick overview, there are six zones in the brain. These zones control every single aspect of your body, every cell, every muscle, every gland, every organ will fall under control of one of these six zones, sometimes more of the six zones. So the zones are the glandular zone, the elimination zone, the nervous zone, digestive zone, muscular zone, and circulatory zone. And today, we’re going to focus on elimination.
The Elimination Zone
So, the Elimination Zone covers everything in your body that eliminates and there’s some things that are very obvious and some that aren’t. So the obvious ones would be say, well, your colon, your bladder, you know, you’re eliminating there. But did you know your skin falls onto that? Because you’re eliminating toxins through your skin? How about your lungs, you’re eliminating carbon dioxide and toxins in your body through your lungs. your sinuses are a big one, throat, nose, your kidneys, bladder, all fall under the elimination zone, small intestine, colon. It’s your nose. So a lot of times people come in and if their elimination zone is imbalanced, what things could happen? What might you experience? Well, you could experience allergies, you could experience asthma, you could experience an eczema issue on your skin, a constipation, diarrhea. All sorts of issues, a constant kidney or bladder infections are very common.
So when someone comes in, I’m checking each zone individually to see which zone is imbalanced on this particular visit. But a lot of times, if there’s something in the elimination zone, they might not even tell me on intake form. They say, you know, I’m coming in for anxiety. And I’ll check then I’ll say, you know, your elimination zone is out today. Is there anything going on? You know, I keep waking up at night, I never do. But I have to constantly go to the bathroom at night. I think I might have a bladder infection. We clear that up. And it’s amazing what happens.
Balancing The Elimination Zone for Better Health
I had somebody come in just this week. And she came in she had an appointment on Monday. She actually cancelled her appointment on Monday, because she said she was having such bad stomach problems. She could not. She didn’t even go to work that day. And she was just going to take the day to rest. So she came in on Tuesday, and I asked her how she was doing she said things are still really bad. She barely made it through work. So I checked their elimination zones way off, which never was on her. And it could have been something she ate it could have been any number of things. But she said wow, that is really tender. When I check the zones I check them on the back of the head. I cleared up zone to the elimination zone rejecters to wow feels totally different. And check with their later day, she said was a huge turnaround. She was able to then feel great her stomach did not bother at all. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve adjusted children are infants. And it’s been elimination zone and they’ve been constipated. And before they even get home, I’ll get a text or a call from a parent saying they just went to the bathroom. There are thrilled that normally is that well they just went to the bathroom in the car. Oh no. But because they’ve been constipated and struggling with for so long. It was a celebration instead of a you know, oh my gosh, what what just happened?
So clearing the elimination zone is powerful. It has far reaching effects. And again, all the zones are tied in. So things are found the elimination could also fall under digestion, muscular nervous, they could fall into any of the zones, but I just want to focus on elimination today.
